KSP youtubers impact

Found out about KSP from a web article while reading about my other favourite game Elite: Dangerous. The latter still hasn´t got planetary landings nor ship construction, so KSP does fill a sorely vacant niche for my taste. And, yes, highly addictive.

Luckily, I had NOT seen Scott Manley playing KSP. If I had, I'd probably NOT bought KSP because of the weir things he does. I would have seen KSP too much like a game and less as a (bit of) simulator.

Nothing wrong with Manley at all, just that his approach is not what I like about KSP. Maybe the episode I saw was an exception, but building a flying runway is not my ideal space exploration game.

I found KSP while looking for modern alternatives to Orbiter. Glad I found it before I found all the YT craziness (that said with respect).
