"Unique" uses for parts.

For example, I thought of a way to drive a rover on Gilly without too much problems. Just put small engines on the top pointed straight upward w/ fuel tank, and link them to your forward/backward control. The engines will keep you on the ground as you drive around. Unfortunately that way wouldn't last forever but it's better than nothing. It might work on Minmus too with smaller engines, because Minmus is what...twice as big? Any more unique uses you could share?

In pre-v1.0 versions I had a rover that used mono-propellant engines in a similar manner. The engines were mounted fore, aft, port and starboard, on top of the rover's Science Jr. (upper-most part) so that they could be used as an assist in acceleration (uphill), braking (downhill), and in an emergency - to keep the rover from flipping/rolling over. Not entirely a successful idea, but it did help me salvage a few 'too fast' rover road trips.
