Weird Glitch/Something Funny

So I reverted to Spaceplane hanger after I tested my new SSTO (KaBoom!), and this happened:

I could place a Kerbal part on my ship! When I placed the Kerbal, he went spinning off around the SP hanger with lights on. I could also place a flag part that showed the NASA flag! When I placed it it did the animation of a flag being placed. Is this a bug or what?!?!?

Yeah, but that's just weird how I could place Kerbals and Flags. Is there a Kerbal part hidden in Squad's folders like the PotatoRoid? [Opens up File Explorer]

Yes a Kerbal is technically a part and there have been a couple bugs related to the eva (which is a vessel) being accidentally changed from a Kerbal to something else.

But no you won't find it in the gamedata, its built into the dll itself...

Kinda sorta, if you open the debug menu in R&D center and go to R&D tab, you can check for unassigned parts. You will get the IDs for male and female kerbals, flag, and a potatoroid. You can probably assign it to some custom tech tree, but I don't think you will find it in the file browser.

I believe there is. It may be fixed now, but if a Kerbal is knocked out of a command seat he/she will turn into debris.
