A decoupler glitch

Has anyone experienced the bug where the ven's stock modded decouplers (and the decouplers from several other mods), poof smoke constantly, and the staging icon does not show anything other than a blank grey square? I really want to fix it, and I have no idea how.

Fixed with an update of Toadicus Tools. So far, at least.

I have seen this when trying to salvage a broken quicksave. (Basic Radial Engine Mount from PPI was instantly decoupling on reload) I editing the part.cfg and removed the decouple module to see if it would stop. It did not work, and afterwards while testing in the VAB, those decouplers were constantly billowing smoke and were un-attachable.
