Makes me sick what those ebay shops charge for such poor components.

Do research, build your own.

i5 (i3)

8GB of RAM (don't bother with less, KSP will realistically use 2.5 on its own without mods)

Integrated graphics will work but you want to be looking at a GTX 750+ (730 is good for less)
