That's a suborbital hopper rather than a true SSTO, but it should give you some ideas of what is possible.

Nope, that's a stock ship, built in response to the waves of people complaining about the "impossibility" of high-altitude survey contracts. Nothing above basic aircraft tech.

Take the same design and change the basic jet for a turbo and it should SSTO.
