Where would I report a Bug?

odd bug, that a lot of people probably won't experience.. where would I report it?

also the bug is simply, when using a 3dconnexion device in the VAB, once you move the camera, you can no longer correctly place, or manipulate objects. New objects simply appear under the mouse cursor when you click on them (tried on latest version)

Hi YetiDynamics, I have moved this over to support, and a few people have noticed this bug, namely the developers themselves who all use 3D mice for work and play.

The entire UI is going to be reworked with the move to Unity5, so I expect we'll see it fixed in 1.1
