Kyushu J7W2 Shinden [Stock and BD Armory versions]

Recommended Posts

RIP B-29 crews. :D

I had too many fond memories of flying this little rascal in Blazing Angels as a kid... I just had to make it...

This thing handles snappier than most of my jets, it travels at near 300 m/s sea level with one engine, has a large fuel load, has an amazing takeoff performance and is extremely good at low speed maneuvering. It's also 47 parts on the stock version, making it able to run on almost any computer.

I imagine this would classify as a J7W2 Replica (The J7W2 was a design for a Shinden powered by a jet instead of a piston engine, though only the J7W1, which was the variant that had the piston engine, ever had a prototype built).
