I often heard that during STS launch video, what does this mean?

Based on that explanation, all of my launches involve "unconverged guidance". lol

Wish it were possible to do something like that in the game, create your own computers that would follow these instructions, so you can design them just like you design the actually rocket/plane, tweak it, fine tune it, then be able to use it for launches.
