Warp in low Jool orbits

When I’m above 200 km and below 1 Mm, I cannot start the time warp. The message is not ‘You cannot warp faster than 1× below 1000 km’, but ‘You cannot warp when the vessel is under acceleration’.

As far as I understand, Jool’s atmosphere starts at 200 km over the surface. When I’m between 200 and 1000, the ship doesn’t actually experience any acceleration, its orbit is stable. When the time warp starts above 1000 km, it doesn’t stop at 1000 and works OK until I stop and want to warp again.

What causes this strange behavior?

I had the same problem yesterday, I keep getting the "You cannot warp when the vessel is under acceleration" message. Still haven't figured it out.

There was a thread about this last week, and many people, including myself, have encountered this. Not sure what causes it, unfortunately.

Strangely, I saw the same thing with my Jool satellite, and after a few orbits it actually disappeared.

I literally saw jool bending my trajectory while doing a pass. Normally you would expect a smooth curve but this wasn't like that. My trajectory literally looked like it was getting pulled towards jool at the closest point then going back up again . At that moment it said that i was accelerating too.
