Do you feel bad when you get rep from certain posts?

Do you feel bad about posting other peoples content and getting rep from that post? I kind of do, I get a few rep comments on a well placed xkcd, and while it was a fitting comic I don't think I should have gotten repped for it.

If your contribution to a thread is particularly useful, insightful and/or humoristic why wouldn't you get rep for it?

In the past I've even received rep for shooting down somebody's ideas. His ideas didn't make sense whatsoever and people liked the way I took him down a peg without being insulting or condescending. I never felt bad for getting rep for it.

Not for me. Not that I thought I deserved it that much, but I never really get rep anymore.

I don't think rep really works now, since a lot of new people have joined the forums and really do contribute but have just not received rep. I have to admit though, i often forget the rep button exists.
