Glitch Shifts IIS position

I'm sorry, I don't know if this is the right forum but I had to share it somewhere because holy cow I feel for them. How many times have I accidentally engaged thrust on things docked to carefully orbited structures? It's impossible to be sure but I'm pretty sure I don't have that many fingers (and maybe not that many toes)

Roscosmos said the engines of a Soyuz spacecraft docked at the station unexpectedly started during testing of the radio system that controls the docking procedure.

I can save you a lot of troubleshooting guys, someone accidentally hit left shift. It happens, don't do it again, we like these astronauts more than our Kerbals

Yes, they seem to be kerballing it a lot, the botched Progress, now this.

And they forgot to right click the engines to disable them while docked. A good habit to get into.

I was looking for more information about this incident, and surprisingly I'm not seeing much of anything from NASA itself about it. Instead, what I find from NASA, is a report from the day before the incident. So, you tell me.
