Cannot see planes position on orbit map?

Hello, sorry if I'm missing something but I just got the game less than a week ago. I remember flying my first space plane and I was able to track my location via the Orbit map which made it much easily to keep track of the locations of my current objectives when doing missions and whatnot, however I just loaded up a new plane and when I switch to the Orbit map it no longer shows my plane, however it does center the map on my location. Is this normal? Did I hit some button I shouldn't have? I tried googling and I can't seem to find this issue anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi OrangeTang, is this plane a probe? Try going to the tracking station and mousing over the top edge, you'll see filters, make sure the one for your planes vessel type is on.

It's not a probe, It's a space plane. I'm trying to view the locations of my current objectives in career mode from the orbit map as they relate to my plane as I'm flying it, however the plane doesn't show up on the map at all. I hope that explains whats going on. It's kind of a strange issue.

It seems that that was the issue! I must have turned off the filter accidentally while cleaning up some debris or something. Thanks for the help!
