Changes Partition of OS / Win7

Years ago I used Partition Magic, but it seems to be dead and never to support Windows 7 anyway.

Which easy to use program would you recommend a friend to give c: some gigs of d: without deleting everything?

I usually use Gparted Live or PartedMagic. Both run from USB or CD and support NTFS. Don't touch the system/UEFI partitions.

Moving the end of C: should be fine, I refer to the 'system reserved' partition.
