VAB and SPH menus not working and techtree gone

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with what I guess is my savefile, I haven't played new saves long enough to encounter the same problems but they aren't there when you start one.

First problem is the menus inside VAB and SPH isn't working and nothing happens when I click things, weird part is I can work around this problem by first loading another save and then my real one.

Second problem is that the tech tree is empty, there's just nothing.

I'm running KSP 1.0.2.842 32bit on Windows 7 x64 and my mods are:

Kerbal Engineer Redux v 1.0.16.6

MechJeb2 v 2.5.1.0

Hyperedit v 1.4.1

I've tried repairing and reinstalling the game in Steam, no dice

Acquired two different copies of the game, still no dice

So now I'm out of ideas, I don't really want to restart from 0 again.

That just happened to me. I happened to have a duplicate ksp folder where I was testing out some mods, so I moved my save files and craft over to the other ksp folder and everything worked fine. I was running KER, Alarm Clock and HyperEdit.
