Do we still have the applicationFocus KSC lock-up bug?

I'm seeing this more often than before. I was pretty annoyed restarting KSP all the time (especially recently when I'm getting more and more mods and it loads more and more slowly while it happens more and more often) until yesterday I found that I can go to debug menu and free up all the input locks without restarting KSP (yes I do want to advertise this workaround in case someone also suffers from it, sounds like a new feature in the debug menu).

But regardless, I heard this bug is already fixed, but apparently not for my case? Do people experience the same problem, or it's just me? If it's a problem from mod, how do I figure out which one is suspicious (binary search is not going to work as the problem is not deterministic)?

(I guess it doesn't qualify to be posted in support forum because I'm just asking for opinions not support cases, or not?)

I get it every handful of boots to ksp.

Wow, I thought I was the only one! This happens to my copy every time I load a saved game and switch to another application while waiting for it to load. I have to keep the computer focused on KSP at least until the "Timewarp x 1" text pops up.

I get it on occasion, though for me it always clears up if I alt-tab.

I think this might be the root of my problem too.

I've got an old 4:3 second monitor for in flight entertainment on long burns.

Does adding -popupwindow to the application link help? It starts KSP in fake windowed mode that looks like fullscreen.
