[Steam version] Can't play

So, I'm running v1.0.2.842

I don't have any save files

Whenever I try and make a new game, Creative, Science, or Career All the buildings start maxed out and the Mission Control, Administration, and R&D are inaccessible.

When I try and open the Vehicle Assembly or Spaceplane Hanger there are no items to select

Hi Phantom Queen, that sounds like the bug with the KSPx64.exe, the 64bit Windows version, Steam should be starting the regular KSP.exe though, which you can double click on in the game folder.

If it's not that it may just be a bad install, and you can usually fix that by verifying the Steam cache, see here.

If that doesn't do it please see the support stickies, we'll need your KSP.log

I think it's the AMD compatibility feature. That seems to glitch out stuff.

On or Off, AMD Compatibility doesn't change the situation

Upload your KSP and output logs, located in your root KSP directory and in KSP_data, respectively.
