Will Terrain Satter make my game lag?

Hello everyone! I noticed that there can be rocks and stuff on planet and moon surfaces, and I heard this is by default off. If I turn it on, will it make my game lag? Thanks!

If you turn it on it may make you lag, depends on computer.

Give it a shot. If it lags, turn it off.

I have mine on max and its not bad. They seem to have fixed the 0.90 bug that caused a memory crash when you flew too close to the ground (and it's scatter).

It looks like it should be fine, if it is running fine at your current settings. There's also a slider for it so you can adjust how much there's scatter, i.e. a forest compared to trees here and there. Your gpu and cpu looks close to mine, ram exceeds the max that KS uses.

Awesome. It runs pretty good right now, it lags a little sometimes. Sweet, I'll test it later today and see how it works!
