  1. Right side almost deployed. What a flawless flight this has been so far.
  2. Good morning! That was the part I was waiting for. at least a guarantee that it's got juice. Happy Holidays, friend.
  3. That woman on the NASA stream has a thick French accent! I need another coffee to try and understand what she's saying, lol.
  4. Good morning everyone. I'm glad to have an informed community like this to watch the launch with.
  5. Huh, interesting. I feel like the 2020 version looks better.
  6. Perhaps this horrible drawing will illustrate my point better? The shadow we see on the rings seems to be coming from the blue star I've drawn in, you can see how it would cast a shadow on the rings from this direction. You can see the planet illuminated from the left side as well. The red arrow is a terrible approximation of the direction the light from the star that is shown would be traveling (looks drawn right to left, but should appear as if its coming toward the viewer, my 3D arrow drawing skills with a mouse are nonexistent), and the red lines outline the area a shadow would be cast over if light was coming from that star as a source.
  7. Is the lighting not final? If you look at this video at 34 seconds, the shadow seems to come from a different light source (to the left, not in the picture) than the star seen on the right.
  8. Hi. It's acting contrary to expectations because you've got Wing Connector Type C sideways. Try it oriented as follows and you should have success:
  9. Hi. Welcome to the forums. From where did you buy the dlc, and from what address are you trying to dl it from?
  10. Fixed in 1.12.0! I can't believe it, but I love it! They actually took care a few of my reported bugs in the 1.12.x line. Thank you, Squad!
  11. This game just keep giving and giving. Easily the best videogame purchase of my life. Thank you so much to everyone responsible for bringing more KSP to us.
  12. You've got the Show part down, now how about some Tell.
  13. The problem with Cities Skylines and the Paradox model is, if you want to step into that game in its fully fleshed out state its going to run you well over $200. If you just buy the $50 base version, you end up lacking so many should-be core components that you’ll be left feeling like you're playing a shell of the full experience. Want nighttime? Pay up. Want industry, pay up, want shipping, pay up, want more public transportation, pay up. Want eva fuel, pay up. Want parachutes, pay up, want wheels to rove somewhere after you’ve landed, pay up. Want more than one antennae to transmit science, why you need the communications dlc $12.99
  14. Let’s put it this way. I’m glad KSP2 is not an update to KSP1 and that KSP1 will still be around if whomever the devs of KSP2 are manage to blow it. At this point its 50/50 as to whether KSP2 will be terrible. My lack of confidence comes from some no name dev outfit, that was all gobbled up from the last no name dev outfit, thats a minor little indie arm of a dev that I have heard of. At least Flying Tiger had a development history. I wish them luck, their marketing sure looks nice, but I’m not expecting this to be the KSP2 I want so my expectations are muted. If they knock it out of the park and do a great job then it will come up roses for everyone, which would be nice.
  15. OP states the contract said "on board", which might be him being vague or possibly the exact wording of the contract. If the latter, it would seem that being more specific with the wording to explicitly require "a working part installed on the craft" would improve the contract experience. We need to know the exact contract text here to best determine a solution though.
