andrewas
At a guess, you installed the game under program files and KSP can\'t handle the virtual store system windows uses to keep user programs from writing under program files. Install it somewhere else and it\'ll work.
VincentMcConnell
So much for your username... lol.But seriously. We\'ll need more information to diagnose the problem.
cornotiberious
I had a similar problem. After saving the first several rockets (8?) I can\'t seem to save anymore. Any ideas? The game file is under Desktop.
VincentMcConnell
Do you guys have your KSP source folder as a WinRar archive on your desktop? If that happens, saving can become an issue. Paste all of your KSP files into an uncompressed folder. That should save automatically.
vexx32
Try moving the game to another folder. Desktop, My Documents, and various other normal Windows folders can give some unusual permissions problems (it stops the game saving some things properly, etc), which will give issues as described. Personally, I keep KSP in C:\Games\KSPDesktop is *usually* okay, but it being a Windows system folder it can still cause some issues.
