Missint Part.cfg for Nose Cone Adapter

Recommended Posts

So for some reason the NCS Nose Cone Adapter part has no config file for mu install. I verified file via steam yet it did not redownload the missing file. I do not know why this happens but it is annoying not to have this part which is quite useful for spaceplanes.

Welp, that .cfg doesn't work. I get duplicate parts, for some reason they contain fuel and are in the tanks category, and they don't attach to other parts right. Can anyone give me a .cfg directly from stock 1.0.4?

...that IS from stock 1.0.4. The NCS Adapter got moved to the fuel tank category, had fuel added to it, and got its appearance revised, back when 1.0 was released.

If you're just looking for a 1.25m-to-0.625m adapter, there's the FL-A10 or FL-A5, both under the Structural tab.
