Kerbal X center engine runs out of fuel BEFORE last 2 liquid fuel boosters Why?

Managed to fix the problem, and then some

Without detailed pictures, hard to tell... but I'd hypothesize that you may have the fuel ducts between the center and the liquid fuel boosters pointing the wrong way.

Found the problem and fixed it. That's basically what the problem was. Also made a couple tweaks, like replacing the stock Kerbal X's blunt booster nose-cones and "hydraulic detachment manifolds" with more aerodynamic combination nose-cone and decouplers, plus I swapped the stock Mun lander with a smaller service module designed to stay in low-Kerbin orbit but allow for more science experiments to be conducted in orbit.

That's odd. The current Kerbal X works fine and doesn't have the basic nose cones, it has advanced nose cone- type B on the boosters.

I was referring to the Wobbly Rockets aero decoupler.

Are you using some old version? The stock version of the X doesn't have those issues....
