I mean, the Ariane 5 rocket went screwy and had to be destroyed on it's first launch. I have an aunt who was on the team that designed the guidance system, and faces were definitely rent.

It's not seven, it's nineteen. It's the seventh CRS mission, not seventh Falcon 9 launch.

Umm... we were using that term, or some variant thereof, in space discussions on Usenet back in the 90's.

Though never fun, it is to be expected sooner or later, especially considering the huge amounts of development and new technology SpaceX brings to the table.
