I was here before struts, ASAS, planes, the orbital map, the vertical speed indicator going above 20, plugins, smart staging, symmetry, bouyancy, proper water, the KSC\'s improvements, the Mun, Minmus, good terrain, planetary rotation, the removal of the mines on the dark side of Kerbin etc.

I first got KSP just after 0.8...

I might be wrong... but AFAIK 0.8 was the first version generally available to the public.

Someone who\'s been here longer will no doubt correct me.

My list is the same as Charzy\'s though... I remember the time before all of that stuff.

I remember the good old days. An orbit back than was an achievement, and one that was hard to get too. You also had to wait like an hour to know if you got it right, because we didn\'t have time warp.

Your ships either had to be over 50% SAS modules, or you had to be a god at flying. The atmosphere had a hard ending of

35 000 KM, and no atmos gague either. If your rocket was too big, it simply didn\'t fly because there were no struts to keep it from flopping to bits.

Oh, and you had two choices of engine. Either the unvectored liquid, or the solid. That was it. Solids were unsuable because symmetry didn\'t exist and you had to do everything by eye, and if something was just one pixel off mark then your whole rocket would just list over in flight.

Wha... I suck. I\'ve started with 0.10 :(

Though *cough cough* I cannot call those old days 'good'. Modern times are much more interesting :). Ye know, proper planes, two moons, advanced orbit display, plugin programming...

...and me being The Moderator 8)

Ah, the days of no symmetry. I remember when Sunday Punch and SIDR were the big mod packs, and Sunday Punch had these huge spherical cheat part tanks. Also, I didn\'t know how to use SAS and I only used SRBs.
