Probably youve run out of memory. I had same problem so I reduced the texture quality and it worked. Hope it helps.

Start with the RSS 2048 textures, then only load the 4096 (or 8192) ones of the planets you're visiting, over the 2048 image files.

Oh please is there a way to avoid RSS 0.90 crashing without changing texture quality because 2048 textures look very not good:(

Well, I'm not sure if it will work on 0.90, but you can install the Community 64 Bit Workaround but honestly I'm not sure the stability on 0.90. For me it works fairly good on 1.0.5, but you are running an outdated version of KSP.

Upgrade to 1.0.5 and the latest RSS and Kopernicus. It has on-demand textures so not everything has to be loaded at once.

Oh I will not upgrade it to 1.0.5 :Because in 1.0.5 even if I have a few mods the game lags and crashes so much that my super strong pc can't handle it.

Are you using the latest version of RSS? DON'T!
The latest version is made for KSP v1.0.5. Use a version that was actually made for 0.90 instead.

There might be problems with 64bit.OpenGL is ruled out because

Why OpenGL is Ruled out because: 1.During loading I see a black square blocking 1/4 of the loading screen.2.If I disturb the loading so the screen goes black.3.If the game loading has been complete I see ksp only at 1/4 screen other screen is black.4.If I click on settings so I see the loading screen.

I will not upgrade it to 1.0.5 :Because in 1.0.5 even if I have a few mods the game lags and crashes so much that my super strong pc can't handle it.

I am in 0.90 because personal preference I like somethings better.

To get correct version I am using CKAN.

I KNOW you're not using KSP 1.0.5, you're using 0.90. And I never assumed or implied you are using 1.0.5.
I asked what version of RSS you're using. If you're using RSS v10.4.1 I am not at all surprised it crashes. RSS v10.4.1 is made for KSP 1.0.5. You should be using an RSS version that was build for KSP 0.90.

Well, as Nathan says (about time somebody used their brains - heh heh!!) 1.0.5 RSS/RO is actually better than 0.9.0.. I have less problems with more mods installed... but there are still the 'game-breaks'. 1 step forwards = 2 steps backwards.. Ahhh!! KSP at its best.

But other reason why I am not updating atleast 1.0/1.0.4 because there are things and there is something I don't like about 1.0.

What are those? Maybe you can deactivate them. That would help you to get your game running better and the way you want.
