Kerbal Space Program is good, just get FAR.

Outside of KSP+mods as needed, you could try Simple Planes or the plane builder for X-Plane.

That's what I'm doing right now,, but it's really hard to shape something using parts, that are now in game.

I was looking a bit into x-plane a bit, but still not sure.

Why get Simpleplanes and fly in canyons when you can strap your jet plane onto a Rockomax-64 tanks and Mainsails and take it to SPEHSS? in KSP???
