Remove Maneuver Node

Hi All. Is there any way to remove a maneuver node without clicking the red x in map view? Friends and I are trying to do a mission control style flight with one person staying in IVA the entire time and using KSP TOT to upload the manuevers to KSP from a separate computer. The issue we're running into is that we can't remove the node unless we exit IVA and enter map view to press the red x.

The deltaV bar next to navball also has a red x to delete the upcoming node. However I doubt in IVA you see it...

Not sure if PreciseNode can pop up during IVA.

The delta-v bar doesn't show in IVA.

However, instead of moving to the map you can switch to external view (normal view of the ship) to remove it via the delta-v bar.

That is one way of doing it... really trying to figure out a way to get it done while in IVA. Maybe I can see if someone can create a small mod that adds a hotkey to close the oldest node.

Mechjeb has a "Remove all nodes" function that can even be used with IVA instruments if you have raster prop monitor installed.
