Manual recovery

Hello! I was wondering if there were any manual recovery mods, because I think it would be fun to create things like trucks or boats in order to recover landed crafts and bring them safely back to the KSC.

Well, theres the abstract stage recovery mod. Still though, there isn't a single 'recovery mod' as you describe, but what you describe is easily doable with KIS+KAS and theres a number of mods out there with car and boat models.

Are you looking for a mod to disable the "recover" button? You can just not press it Or are you looking for methods of manual recovery (cranes, boats, etc)?

FYI to level up your Kerbals without recovering, you can use Kolonists. The "stock remix" version uses the stock science lab, so you don't need MKS/OKS.
