The boat was built as a transport for the colonization of Laythe. It turned out simple and quite functional. It is well controlled at speeds up to 50 m / s. Max Speed = 698 m / s. All stock and without cheating.

Yes, it does. But the highest speed is about 500 m/s. You can try it yourself - I've added download link.

HOWEVER..... as a suggestion, have you considered adding hydrofoils which MIGHT prevent the crashes you had.....

There are few. You just can't see them.

I think the reason why you have to nose down is that SAS is based on universal position, not surface. You are going around Laythe fast enough to make that noticeable.
