CSS mechjeb launch

When I launch the space shuttles from CSS with mechjeb it always crashes into kerbin. I am using the default ascent guidance without changing the ascent path. Can someone tell me how to launch the space shuttle with mechjeb?

Wouldn't it be better to post in the CSS or Mechjeb thread? Also, you need to be more specific about what's happening; for example, explain how it crashes into Kerbin (ex: pitches up and crashes). Or, you could simply launch manually.

What I noticed was when mechjeb would try to pitch the space shuttle up the nose kept going down and I would pass my apoapsis.
