Forum Image Displaying

Hey all, just a general question. Quite frequently I see posts on the forum with "caption" like comments, obviously referring to photos I can't see. Is this because I am on my work PC, or is there a browser setting that will allow these images to come through? I can see some photos, but obviously not all, and I am perplexed as to why. For the photos I can't see there isn't even a box, or any indication that there is *anything* where there seemingly must be an image. Any insights?

Alright, this is weird. I grabbed a post from the "Mk2 Fuel Trick" thread;

I've used something a bit like this to save some space...

http://i.imgur.com/t5a8qO6.jpg

This gives the same 180 LF+O as a short Mk2 fuselage but in this same space you can also cram in all your odds and sods.

- But on my screen there was Nothing where that hyper-link was, but once I hit "reply with quote" to 'grab' it, I saw there was hypertext. :?

- & I still cannot view the image. It has to be a fire-wall thing then, right?

There are several ways around this that I know about but, ah, *cough* I don't know if they would be frowned upon by the moderators. :)

lol ! Well, I probably shouldn't monkey with things too much- down time between tasks is precious and hard-won, I don't want anyone asking why I have enough of it to be checking KSP forums. :P

I think we really need to know more about what browser GarrisonChisholm is using, what plugins if any, and what anti-virus software if any.

Somethings preventing the images from working, but without more information we're just guessing here.

I was able to check the page using Chrome (normal is Firefox), and I experience the same issue of images and hypertext that do not always appear. I think an office server firewall setting is likely in play. I will try from my home PC in a while and see if the result changes, and will advise.

This happens automatically when quoting a post, %7Boption%7D tags get replaced with tags (I think the idea is to prevent the same image appearing repeatedly if people quote the post).

The symptoms make it sound like a firewall setting, many employers have imgur on their block lists for productivity reasons.
