USI Kontainer Bug 1.0.4 - Is it possible to fix the save file to fix this craft?

I'm having this strange bug with the largest (3.75m) kontainer from USI:

Is it possible to fix this by editing the save? Here's the vessel in question, along with the part. http://pastebin.com/Rp09FLRg

Perhaps you will get more help if you could describe what the bug is rather than expecting us to guess based on a screenshot and a partial chunk of save/craft file...

How is it not obvious? It's the wrong size, like I don't mean to be rude, but it's pretty obvious.

You could try putting a second identical craft on the Launchpad and then finding the relevant part in that and copy it over the part in the bad vessel. However, I suspect the problem is likely to return. There used to be a problem very similar to this just after one of the KSP updates changed how the size of parts was specified but I wouldn't expect any mod to still have that problem. Is that part the root part of the vessel by any chance?
