KSP freezes

Hi,

I got a problem with KSP (1.04) since i updated to Windows 10 yesterday.

If i start the game with steam and -force-opengl on fullscreen the screen freezes on the loading screen and start menu. Only by tabbing out of the game after every click i can make progress.

Even reinstalling doesnt solve the problem on fullscreen. But the moment i tried KSP on window-mode it worked.

Any suggestions?

Please do not use -force-opengl, it's a Unity engine feature that is not supported by Squad and it's not known yet if it will work reliably on Windows 10, you could try asking on the Unity forums to see if there are any known issues with openGL Unity games on Windows 10.

As it's working for you in windowed mode then that's something, all you can likely do is fake fullscreen using -popupwindow as well.
