Can't update avatar?

Hey, im new to the ksp forums and have just created a new account a few days ago. The only problem is that I am missing a lot of options/settings, one of them being that I can not update my avatar. Please help me figure out what's wrong because it really sucks.

you need to post three posts before being able to do so.

Right now(well, as I'm writing this), you have those three post, if you tried to change it before having three posts, try again: you should be able to update it.
