But an Austrian study has recently found out that vegetarians actually are more likely to get cancer and similar diseases than meat eaters. B vitamins (including B12) are available from many non-animal sources, particularly fungii. Your body breaks down proteins into amino acids before building them back up into proteins again. Plants are the best source of amino acids out there.And I'm not going to tell you what to eat.However I am going to close this thread before it gets any worse.Thread closed.
