dogon11
I see in some people\'s pictures of KSP game play that there are trees or rocks around. I can\'t see them, even in the exact same location that the pictures were taken, even in the same version. Can someone tell me why and how I can see them? Thanks? Radion
You probably have terrain scatter turned off. Go to the settings panel, and under graphics, select Terrain Scatter, On.

vexx32
Make a plane, fly low, have terrain scatter turned on and the slider up to 100%. You\'ll see them soon enough. The mountains north of KSC have a ton of trees all around them.
NovaSilisko
Yeah, trees only will show up in certain areas of the planet. Usually they spawn near the mountains west of KSC. I\'d look there first, and if they\'re not spawning by then than something must be wrong.
dogon11
This far enough?
vexx32
One would think so. I\'m just wondering whether an older graphics card would have trouble rendering the trees at all... It shouldn\'t, but I suppose the possibility is there. What\'re your system specs? Also, take a screenshot of your Settings screen, so we can see if anything\'s out of the ordinary. vexx32
Try running a dxdiag as well and posting the log file. Just in case something unusual\'s going on.
