Just a quick post. More later. Got the hanger extender and have made some progress. The overall basic shape is looking quite promising.

Cool, that thing looks like itd eat my BaseStar like craft alive, then again, its kinda on a completely different scale.

Now your ship just tempted me to get just the capital ship parts from B9 (who needs the rest with stock mk2 and mk3s), and make a BaseStar to counter that thing......

Anyways, this is what i have myself, 100% stock though, with mods it could be way better.

That basestar is AWESOME, and I hope Macey uses it for Hanlan, cause it would fit so nicely - what with his main ship now looking rather like a Battlestar and all.

BTW - With the full basic structure of this Battlestar now put together, would you believe it's only coming in at 322 parts? I mean - something THAT HUGE... wow. Mind you - that's without all the little extras like weapons, ammo, docking ports, a few extra struts here and there etc. So in the end I fully expect that if I can get it in to orbit (or build it there with Extra-Planetary Launchpads) that the final part count will be around 550-700 parts.

All things considered, that's actually not bad!

Hey. I absolutely love Your BattleStar designs. If you don't mind I would like to suggest a Name. How about the BattleStar caelum fortissimus.

It is latin for heaven's champion and with one of BSG's main themes being religion it sounded like a good name.

Even if you don't use it thanks for reading and considering.
