How Do I Show Challenge Badges?

So I Have Played KSP For A While And I Am A Challenge Participant But I Cant Find Out How To Show The Badge. Could Somebody Please Tell Me?

I'm curious as to how you've gotten it to display in only that post. AFAIK, if you truly put it in your signature (unless you've unchecked "Display signature" in the other posts), it will appear in all of your posts.
