Hollow Structures?

Is there any mods out there that give you the ability to make structures that you can actually fly around in. i feel like that would make for an awesome looking space station, but I cant find any mods like that...

Well, Tweakscale lets you make big things. Make something out of those, and you'll have a pretty weird course to fly through.

And MK3 bays are pretty large to begin with.

Remember that Kerbals are small. You can fit a kerbal with a command seat into the smallest service bay. Just compare its size with the rest of available containment and draw your own conclusions.
