Fine Tuning Orbits (and some other questions)

Hello, I have seen some people, specifically on Youtube, be able to fine-tune their orbits (or fly-bys in this case) while focused on the planet - how do I do this? And on that note, how do I refocus back on my ship, because every time I've accidentally focused onto a planet, I can't focus back again.

On a completely unrelated note, I'm planning to do the Jool-5 Challenge - does anyone have a rough estimate of the Delta-V nessecary to travel to all the moons, and some to refuel my lander?

Double click on the planet/moon to focus on it, press backspace to shift back to your ship.

@ Branjoman: Just to clarify what RIC said, you still have control of the ship no matter what you're focused on in the map view. So you can aim it whatever direction, thrust, use RCS for real fine-tuning, etc., all while focused on a planet.

Found it on reddit, made by JellyCubes. The Laythe ascent/descent is inaccurate due to the new aero but it is otherwise very helpful.

For another way to switch your focus that allows you to keep nodes open, hit tab (multiple times).

Also, if you create a maneuver node, and have the camera focused on the ship, the first hit on Tab will focus the node. Sometimes (tho not many) that is incredibly useful.
