I changed my computer yesterday and I went to play KSP that my new computer, it is powerful enough however the KSP is a bug (Glitch) in graphics / 3d models

I really need help, if you can help me I would be very grateful (Sorry for bad english, I used the google translator

Settings of my computer:

Processor: Intel Pentium E5800 Dual-Core @ 3.20GHz 3.20GHz

RAM: 4 GB (DDR3)

Video card: Raedon HD 4500 Series 512 MB

Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Using DriverBooster all drivers are updated.
