Question about the Middle Mouse Button in the VAB/Hanger

I’m just wondering if there is a Shortcut Key for the Middle Mouse Button. I’m sure that you have seen when you scroll over a part in either the Hanger or the VAB that reads “Click on the Middle Mouse Button for More Informationâ€Â. Because I’m a Disabled Player I have my Middle Mouse Button set up to do double click.

If that is not a Shortcut Key for the Middle Mouse Button, what type of information does it show?

It sounds like a KER mod feature which shows the mass, cost and resources related to the part. This behavior can be changed to "always show" in KER settings so that you don't need to middle-click.
