in VAB/SPH editors, is there a button or mod to quickly rotate the camera 180* around the Y axis?

I find myself needing to rotate often and it's getting tiresome to do it manually.

you can pick up the whole craft with Shift+ click and rotate it any which way with WASD

That's the "manual" method I mentioned above.
