Ground-baseed Camera

There should be a mod that automatically shows a zoomed and cropped view of your vessel as viewed from launch control or other ground observation points. Like these.

Bonus points if there's some camera shake and grain. Double bonus points if it can also switch to track stage/booster separation

Things just look cooler from a stationary viewpoint.

I would love a mod like this. I've always used CameraTools to do it, but it's not immediately automatic and doesn't have camera shake or any other fancy things. It'd be neat to see something like 8:52 of this:

and this:

Yeah, it'd be cool, sure. But I can imagine it being really hard to control the spacecraft whilst in this view. :P

The point is that it'd be really cool for momentarily watching your vessel during i.e. booster separation. It's also implied that the UI (navball, etc.) would stay in this view, making control as easy as it is in-flight.

I don't know about you, but in manual flight for a rocket launch my eyes are glued to my navball and instrumentation. :P
