Making KAS and Robotic parts Stock

there are something about to Make parts of the KAS (Kerbal Attachment System) or some Robotic (simple moving Parts) stock?

I don't know about hinges and rotating parts, but I would love to see a full implementation of KIS+KAS into stock.

KIS/KAS and moving/robotic parts are really needed just as much as a mineable resource system was. Gives reason to do things and then makes it possible to do those things.
