What level engineer is required to fix Gigantor solar panel?

Broke it. Trying to fix it in orbit. Wondering what level of engineer is required to fix Gigantor solar panel, or if a level 0 is fine.

Dont quote me on this, but i believe gigantors are impossible to repair (as are other solar panels if they break off).

Currently i know engys can repack parachutes, fix wheels, and improve performance or IRSU and drills. While i may be wrong, the last time i tried to fix solar panels, they appears to be destroyed permanently.

Well yes, but the problem is that you can't grab the solar panels base because it's behaving as if it's not a real part anymore. You can only strap new ones over the old ones which looks kind of ugly and is annoying.

Engineers need to have the ability to fix solar panels as i see no reason they shouldnt be able to. Maybee let them deploy sentry guns too, but thatd be more of a suggestion to give Bahamuto for implementing in BDArmory....
