[Help] Is there a way to change the scale of engine FX?

I'm making a 2.5m engine. Is there a way to rescale engine FX?

You could always install HotRockets. HotRockets allows for the rescaling, modifying, retexturing, etc. of engine effects.

HotRockets uses a variety of parameters with the effects, like "scale" and "size"... but I'm not sure if it works anymore. Maybe it's just me, but since KSP 1.0 (and maybe longer), none of my previous HotRockets configs are scaling properly in my test-runs.
