A question about Ram size?

Hey while I'm waiting for KSP x64, I need to know something is 8gigs of ram ideal for KSP on a mac or for any computer?

I also took a screenshot of Activity monitor with KSP and I need to know something, do I still have enough RAM to run it on a Mac? Please see image below.

Currently KSP can only use a max of 3.5 GB. You have plenty. When they come out with 64 bit, you will be still great.

Yes, you have plenty of RAM and will be fine when x64 comes around. I myself have 16GB DDR4, looking foward to using it all.
