SUOC stands for Small Unmanned Orbital Craft

The design is similar to my previous S.A.E.V. but it has solid rockets instead of liquid fuel engines this means that it can climb faster and higher but is less controllable and manuverable; however it is a useful sattelite and would make a good refuelling ship in future patches, another cool thing about the SUOC is that it can reach the Mun in one shot in a straight line if you can control it!

it wasnt meant for orbit but is miscalculated the power to weight ratio by alot so i guess i should change the name, thx for pointing that out
