Explore - Contracts: can I get them if I've already been there?

Hi!

Quick question:

I wanted to do a small Dres mission, because of a contract. However, I have not yet been offered the "Explore Dres" contract. If I arrive there before being offered the contract, will it ever be offered? Or are the agencies gonna say "why would we pay you for that, you already did that!"?

Basically the second one. I'm fairly certain if you rock up at Dres before the explore mission comes up, you won't see it.

If you enter it's SOI you won't get offered the "explore X" contract. I wouldn't worry too much.

Is Dres bugged? I'm heading there now without a contract. In dozens of playthoughs, I've never seen a explore Dres contract.

Those "Explore" contractsd are quite rare. I only got Minmus, Ike, Laythe and Tylo. Even I discarded a lot of contracts.
